Brighton Pavilion Wedding – Emma & Marcus 18 Oct
Brighton Pavilion Wedding – Emma & Marcus
It’s always a pleasure photographing a friend’s wedding – and Emma & Marcus’s day was no exception.
I’ve known Emma for a couple of years now and she is one of the most hardworking and friendly people I know. Her and Marcus make a great team.
We started the day at The Claremont in Hove getting ready with Emma’s bridesmaids and super cute flower girls. Emma wore the most beautiful dress from Coco Melody – it had a real classy 1920’s vibe to it.
From there Emma travelled in an incredible car by the name of ‘Ethel’ to the Pavilion for the ceremony.
Being a Brightonian – the last few times I’d been inside the Pavilion were on school trips many moons ago – so it was a real treat to go back there. It also holds a bit of a special place in my heart as my parents had their wedding photos taken in the gardens there in 1982.
The Pavilion is an absolutely stunning venue and a really unique place to tie the knot.
After a short but sweet ceremony, we headed out to the lawns for group pics before making our way back to The Claremont for the reception.
Emma & Marcus had decked the place out with so many awesome details – old school vinyl records for table names and Brighton Gin for favours – they had really made the place they’re own.
After a superb meal and some lovely speeches (always one of my fave parts!) the party continued long into the night. Marcus is a professional DJ so I expected the music to be nothing short of awesome that night – and I was correct.
Thanks so much for having me you two, I loved being part of your day.
